B&W with one other colour

Charisma Cardz challenge this week is black and white with one other colour of your choice. I chose blue for my other colour and here is my card.  The photo isn't very good as the light is bad this time of night i really need to get myself a light box

DP: not really sure as i recieved it in a RAK but i have dotted some blue stickles onto it.

I have stickles the dots on the bow on the hat and the centre of the flowers to give it a bit of bling
