Well this is a change for me no patterned paper wow that was hard for me but i decided to have a change and see what i could do.
I have combined 3 challenges to make this card.

• Mojo Monday : Sketch 77
• Creative Inspirations: theme mothers day to include flowers - I know I haven't put mother on this yet but i couldn't find the stamp I wanted
• Penny Black : recipe 3, 2, 1 - 3 brads, 2 ribbons, 1 flower

Cupcake Challenge 30 - Spring

It was Rossette's Turn to set the challenge at cupcake this week and she has set the theme 'Spring'.
We are in March now, and at the end of the month we start this fabulous Season. What does the word Spring reminds you of? Sun, flowers, lovely colours, fun..

Yestrday I recieved my prize from CPS and Papertrey and coul wait to get started with it.
I decided on the sketch from Mojo Monday and the Theme from Charisma Cards which is Pretty cards for mum.

I really enjoyed making this card as all the tearing of the papers was very therapeutic and de-stressing.

WOJ meets OCC

The challenge on WOJ this week is Lavender and Lace. And I chose the sketch on OCC for the layout and it's a beautiful sketch. I really had fun making this card and i think that's because I love these spring WOJ stamps so much.

PTW meets Friday sketchers

On PTW this week the theme is 'Hot Chocolate'. the hot is Pink and orange and the chocolate is brown and here is my take on the theme using the sketch frim Friday sketchers.

A christmas card

Over at the Sugar bowl, the challenge this week is to make a Christmas card. I haven't made any christmas cards this year so i had to search out all my bit's and bobs.

I have recently had an order for an 18th birthday card for a young man with learning disabilities who loves animals especially dogs. I found this a bit of a challenge in itself but decided to combine some of the blogging challenges to help me get my mojo going.
Here I have combined 3 challenges

• A Spoonful of sugar : We would like to see all different shapes of cards and not the normal square one's we all like to make ;-)
• Cute Card Thursday : we would like to see an animal somewhere on your card!

Good News

A New challenge blog is due to start in April and they were asking for applications for the new DT, so I thought i would give it a try and today I had an email from Priscilla asking me to be part of the new team. I am so excited.
The new challenge blog is Stamptacular Sunday Challenge and starts it's first challenge on 5th April

Congratulations to the rest of the new DT and I am really looking forward to working with you

Funky Fairy's challenge #5 swirls

Mardi Gras

While surfing blogland I found a new challenge blog Fun Frilled and this weeks theme is Mardi Gras. So oout came my stickles, embossing powders and gems and I just had fun scattering it all around my card. It's a shame the photo doesn't really show the sparkle of the card, but the lighting today is very poor, but this card it just too fun. Hope you like
