Penny Black ATC


The challenge this week on Penny Black Saturday Challenge, is to make an ATC.  It's a while since i have made one of these so thought I would give it a go.
DP: free from magazine.
PB image sent to me in a Rak coloured with watercolour pencils and blending pen.
