2 sketches 4 u challenge

There is a great sketch from Laura this week on 2s4u. It took me ages to decide what to do but in the end I decided on a baby card. I didn't want to make this one a fussy card so I stamped the background ladybirds with my versamark and then dusted over with a baby blue chalk. The stamped image is dovecraft and i have been dying to use it for days now. Even though i've used it in the past that was a long time ago. I coloured it with my whispers Gingham Ribbon from my stash.

The little envelope I made with Velum tied the gingham ribbon around it and added just a little message to it. I may do the message again as it's looking a little tatty and i'm not too sure about the stamped letters that I have used. I may hand write a message

mojo monday 69

This card is made by using sketch 69 on mojo monday Red CS. DP Paper Mania Velum. Give the CS a pink hue. Pink Hand made paper. Crotchet ribbon in cream that i recieve in my Secret Santa. Hearts P.etc. stickers that i recieved in my secret santa.
The card looks a lot better in real life. I just couldn't get the lighting right tonight to show it to it's best. I really must invest in a light box

On Magnolia v Stampavie this week the challenge is to make a handmade gift. After the fun I had making the last notepad, I thought i would go one step further this time and make a storage box and a matching notbook as a gift. Again using my BIA ( it has been totally underused since i bought it)
