Funky Fairies challenge 2

Well it's time for challenge 2 at Funky Fairies Challenge blog and my first card for them as a DTM.  This week challenge is Dot's and Ribbons.  Please remember to use at least one funky fairy's item on you creation, which can be anything you like.
